Travel and Accommodation Grant

The Travel and Accommodation Grant is designed to contribute up to *€250 towards
travel and accommodation costs.
Funding is restricted to one applicant per ECPR full member institution, per event, in
any one year and only students who are self-funded (i.e. who receive no financial
support from their institution to attend the event in question) are eligible to
apply.
*Please note this Grant cannot be claimed against food/drink or Conference fees.
Conditions of application:
- Only self-funded PhD candidates from ECPR full member institutions are eligible
to apply.
- Applicants must provide proof of registration and payment for the course they are
attending.
- Priority will be given to those in the earlier stages of their study.
- Applicants must provide a letter from their head of department or ECPR Official
Representative stating that they are self-funded.
- Applicants must fulfil all eligibility criteria.
Deadline for applications to be received by Central Services staff is 10 December
2012.

The Scholarships offered by the ECPR are intended as a contribution towards the
costs and fees of self-funded graduate students from ECPR member institutions who
have been accepted to participate in the ECPR Winter School for a one week course.
Funding is restricted to one applicant per ECPR full member institution, per event, in
any one year and only students who are self-funded (i.e. who receive no financial
support from their institution to attend the event in question) are eligible to
apply for a reduction of €150 off their registration fees.

to apply.
- Priority will be given to those in the earlier stages of their study.
- Applicants must provide a letter from their head of department or ECPR Official
Representative stating that they are self-funded.
- Applicants must fulfil all eligibility criteria.
